The mission of the Local Task Force on the Right to Education for Beaver County is to facilitate cooperative interaction between parents and educators by providing information, resources, support and training to insure that the spirit and intent of the Right to Education Consent Decree results in the provision of a free, appropriate education for all eligible students with disabilities.
